EVENT CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT:
The Transport Project reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If The Transport Project cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, The Transport Project has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT:
Unless specifically stated on registration materials or within The Transport Project's Online Services Portal, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration will be within 45 days before the event. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $75.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment less the $75.00 administrative fee.
By completing purchases with us you agree to have your Credit card and personal information securely stored as part of a payment profile within a 3rd party payment gateway. This securely stored payment profile will be used, when authorized, for automated recurring payments and will allow for easier and faster checkouts. No credit card information is stored within Member365 and all payment data is accessed by way of a secure API. Under no circumstances do we share credit card or personal details.

Please note that the The Transport Project Online Services Portal member portal is to be used by members of The Transport Project Online Services Portal only. Certain workspaces within the member portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain membership types; access to these areas will be determined and approved by The Transport Project Online Services Portal staff.
